I can deliver training and seminars on:

Effective, evidence based behavior management in the classroom
Understanding the graduated response to social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
Identifying and supporting pupils with SEMH needs in the classroom
How to liaise with your school SENDCO, pupil and parents/ carers to create an effective plan
How to demonstrate progress in your pupils' SEMH needs
What additional services there are in Leeds and your own local area for additional support

Cost: £400 per lecture/ seminar for existing topics

New topics: price to be agreed dependent on preparation time

Supplementing your local healthy schools offer I can:

Analyse, assess and develop your school's SEMH prevention and early intervention offer.

Do you provide effective graduated universal offer for all pupils as outlined in evidence based best practice and the code of practice?
Is your behavior management effective and evidence based?
Do your policies outline a multi faceted, inclusive approach?
Do you teach social, emotional and mental health skills and understanding for resilience and improved behaviour?

Packages:

1. Analysis and improvement plan for school's/ education setting's universal and targeted early intervention SEMH offer.

Working alongside the senior designated member of staff this will include

Working towards an identified whole school self evaluation and award programme such as MindMate Champions.
Identifying areas of strength and improvement from Ofsted reports, school data, morning or afternoon school visit with lead staff conversations, targeted pupil plans, policies and staff questionnaire.
A completed report for school improvement

Cost: £800

Add on more in depth analysis, staff training or focus on a specific area of the school for £500 per day.

2. Staff training: whole school, multi academy trust, SENCO or learning mentor training

SEMH assessments: identifying need and proving impact
Making effective onward referrals: which services and key information to include
Understanding and teaching emotional literacy and mental health

Additional £10 per person above first 15 members of staff
