Working alongside the senior designated member of staff this will include

Working towards an identified whole school self evaluation and award programme such as MindMate Champions.

Identifying areas of strength and improvement from Ofsted reports, school data, morning or afternoon school visit with lead staff conversations, targeted pupil plans, policies and staff questionnaire.
